I know I'm typing the right login and password. Why can I not log in?

The Employee Portal requires that your browser has third-party cookies enabled. If your browser blocks third-party cookies, you will not be able to get past the login screen.

How can I enable third-party cookies?

It depends upon the brand of web browser you are using. Here are instructions for the common browsers:

Instructions for Internet Explorer

  1. Select Tools/Internet Options on the menu bar. You may need to hold down Shift-and-Alt for the menu bar to appear. If you have the latest version of IE installed, you can also click the Gear symbol in the upper-right corner and select Internet Options.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. Change the slider bar to Accept All Cookies.
  4. Click Apply and OK to return to the main screen

Instructions for Firefox

  1. Select Tools/Options on the menu bar.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. Ensure the Accept cookies from sites setting is Checked.
  4. Ensure the Accept third-party cookies setting is set to Always.
  5. Click OK to return to the main screen.

Instructions for Chrome

  1. Type chrome://settings in the address bar and hit Enter.
  2. At the bottom, click the Show advanced settingsā€¦ link.
  3. In the Privacy section, click the Content settingsā€¦ button.
  4. Unclick the Block third-party cookies and site data checkbox.
  5. Click the Done button.

Instructions for Safari

  1. Click on the gear in the upper right-hand corner and choose Preferences.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. In the Block Cookies section, select Never.
  4. Close the preferences window.

Can I return to my old settings when I am done?

Yes, but you will have to re-enable third-party cookies when you visit the employee portal.
