I know I'm typing the right login and password. Why can I not log in?
The Employee Portal requires that your browser has third-party cookies enabled. If your browser blocks
third-party cookies, you will not be able to get past the login screen.
How can I enable third-party cookies?
It depends upon the brand of web browser you are using. Here are instructions for the common browsers:
Instructions for Internet Explorer
- Select Tools/Internet Options on the menu bar. You may need to hold down Shift-and-Alt for the menu bar to appear.
If you have the latest version of IE installed, you can also click the Gear symbol in the upper-right corner and select Internet Options.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Change the slider bar to Accept All Cookies.
- Click Apply and OK to return to the main screen
Instructions for Firefox
- Select Tools/Options on the menu bar.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Ensure the Accept cookies from sites setting is Checked.
- Ensure the Accept third-party cookies setting is set to Always.
- Click OK to return to the main screen.
Instructions for Chrome
- Type chrome://settings in the address bar and hit Enter.
- At the bottom, click the Show advanced settingsā¦ link.
- In the Privacy section, click the Content settingsā¦ button.
- Unclick the Block third-party cookies and site data checkbox.
- Click the Done button.
Instructions for Safari
- Click on the gear in the upper right-hand corner and choose Preferences.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- In the Block Cookies section, select Never.
- Close the preferences window.
Can I return to my old settings when I am done?
Yes, but you will have to re-enable third-party cookies when you visit the employee portal.
